Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that returns are only accepted upon prior approval. To start a return request, please contact us with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Our support team will review your request and provide detailed return or replacement instructions if applicable. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
No Returns or Refunds After Shipment
Orders that have already been shipped or delivered are not eligible for cancellation or refund, unless the product arrives damaged or defective. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or dislike of the product.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Ordering by mistake or choosing the wrong product
- Deciding the product is not as expected
- Failing to track or receive the package on time due to carrier delays
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance. Once an order has been shipped, transit time is beyond our control and does not qualify as a valid reason for refund or cancellation.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos or video evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn, used, or customized personal items. Gift cards and sale items are also non-refundable.
