At ShapeShine, we take pride in our reliable and efficient fulfillment process. All orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email for real-time updates.
Our standard delivery timeframe ranges typically from 8–10 business days on average, depending on your location and customs clearance. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
All orders are shipped directly from our global fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest possible delivery to your region. We continuously monitor transit performance to maintain a smooth customer experience.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also track your shipment anytime using our dedicated tracking page below. Please note that tracking updates become visible once your package reaches the United States, as international transit stages may not appear in real time.
If your tracking number shows no updates for more than 5 business days after shipment, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page, including your Order Number, and our support team will promptly assist you.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. ShapeShine offers a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items, starting from the day your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns are only accepted upon prior approval. To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Us page and submit your request along with your order number and reason for return.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or items already shipped or delivered, unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If an item is verified as defective or incorrect, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund after review.
