Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligible returns & refund

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in original condition — unworn and without signs of use beyond careful try-on for sizing. Items showing wear or damage will not be eligible for full refund. Proof of purchase is required.

If an item has been worn or shows signs of use beyond careful try-on, it may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit at our sole discretion, based on the item’s condition within 30 days of window from the date of order delivery. Items showing visible wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for a full refund.

All return requests must be approved in advance. To request a return, please contact us at support@shapeshine.co for your return instructions, and provide your order number and a brief explanation for reason to return. Items sent back to sender’s address without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Cancellations & shipping-related refunds

Orders that have already been shipped or delivered are not eligible for cancellation.

Returns or refunds are accepted only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photo evidence.


When returns or refunds are not accepted

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons.

  • We encourage customers to carefully review product details before purchasing, as we cannot accept returns based on personal expectations or change of mind.
  • Claims that the product did not “work,” was tested, or did not meet personal expectations

  • Ordering the wrong item or placing an order by mistake

  • Failure to track, retrieve, or receive a package after delivery confirmation

  • Packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address details or failure to update address information before shipment

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for retrieval rests with the customer. These policies help us maintain fair pricing, efficient fulfillment, and consistent service for all customers.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or video evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@shapeshine.co.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn, used, or customized personal items. Gift cards and sale items are also non-refundable.


1-Year Limited Care

We stand behind our craftsmanship.

ShapeShine offers a 1-Year Limited Care from the date of purchase for our bracelet items only.

What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • One-time string replacement (restringing), if applicable

If your item qualifies, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Intentional damage

  • Excessive wear, misuse, or improper care

Shipping & Processing:

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fee for approved care claims.
