Shipping policy

At ShapeShine, we take pride in a reliable and efficient fulfillment process. All orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email for real-time updates.

Delivery times vary by destination.

U.S. Orders:
Most U.S. orders shipped via USPS typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

International Orders:
International deliveries generally arrive within 8–12 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Orders may ship from domestic or international fulfillment partners based on your location to ensure timely delivery. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

We continuously monitor transit performance to provide a smooth and reliable customer experience.

Shipping Liability & Delivery Issues

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, delivery is handled by the selected carrier. While we work with trusted carriers, occasional delays or issues may occur that are outside of our direct control.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately before your order ships.

Marked as Delivered
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier. In such cases, we may initiate a carrier investigation. Please note that packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier are not automatically eligible for refunds.

Lost in Transit
If your package has not moved for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international), please contact us. We will assist in filing a carrier claim and review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

We are committed to working with our customers in good faith to resolve shipping concerns fairly and reasonably.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also track your shipment anytime using our dedicated tracking page below. Please note that tracking updates become visible once your package reaches the United States, as international transit stages may not appear in real time.

If your tracking number shows no updates for more than 5 business days after shipment, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page, including your Order Number, and our support team will promptly assist you.


Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. ShapeShine offers a 30-day return policy for unused starting from the day your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns are only accepted upon prior approval. To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Us page and submit your request along with your order number and reason for return.

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or items already shipped or delivered, unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If an item is verified as defective or incorrect, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund after review.
